"Black is Beautiful" Stage - Books talent and compensates creatives at their asking rate in an effort to normalize equity in pay rates, specifically in the entertainment and arts community.
Operations - HTFFSP is Black woman founded and family operated. A small percentage of every donation goes to the operation of our organization and it's full time Executive Team.
Community Collaboration - HTFFSP serves as a connective tissue for the Black community with a specific focus on organizers and innovators that serve the QTBIPOC community.
